Customers must supply or request water/power access
If we can use your water/power access, we can deliver our mobile car wash service to our valuable customers for the best result.
*Water & Power Access should be located within 20 meters from the car.
If a customer is unable to provide Water/Power Access, please request us to bring our Water/Power supply when booking as we can only carry a limited amount for daily purpose.
*Water & Power supply cost: $10 + gst

ACCESS TO CUSTOMER VEHICLE
Customers need to place the car on a flat-surface ground where it can be accessed and washable without customer assistance for car wash purposes.
For customers applying our Interior Car Wash Service need to empty inside of the car and leave one of the doors is unlocked by the time we arrive, then all the doors will be locked again after the car wash is complete on request.
Please do not leave any valuables in the car as we are not responsible for any risks such as theft.

OUR BOOKING SESSION TIME
9AM Session: 9am - 12pm,
12PM Session: 12pm - 3pm.
3PM Session: 3pm - 6pm.
All our car wash services can be booked as session time only, then we'll inform you of a more accurate service time prior to confirmation of the booking process.
If you wish to make a booking at a specific time rather than session time, please leave a message on your booking request form. then we can arrange the best time for you when it's available.

OUR SERVICE, PRICE & THE SIZE GUIDE
This price guide is for all cars upto 2m Width x 1.8m Height. Heights between 1.8m and 2m will get priced one size larger. For cars over 2m in height or any van, rooftop wash is an extra charge.
Length Guide:
Small: upto 3.99m | Compact: 4~4.49m | Medium: 4.5~4.99m | Large: 5~5.49m...
GST Excluded
*All other oversized cars are subject to the same percentage increase in size and price.

CANCEL, REFUND & RESCHEDULE
1MOBILEWASH has a right to make a decision about sudden cancellation, re-schedule or refund action due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, traffic, breakdown and even unexpected delay, the customers will get fully refunded.
(Any bookings scheduled outside an opened area are more likely to be cancelled by weather)
Our Customers are allowed to cancel or request to reschedule their booking for at least 24 hours before the session time start by sending us an email.
For any late cancel/reschedule request,
1. Minimum $10 will be charged if less than 24 hours and more than 12 hours of the time left.
2. Minimum $10 or 30% of the service fee whichever the higher will be charged if less than 12 hours of the time left.

PRE-DAMAGED REPORT UPON BOOKING
Any parts requiring special attention including a pre-damaged part on customer's vehicle should be reported at the time of booking. and all expensive or extra stuffs must be removed for our safe and clear performance.
Certain damage by our side during our car washing process is compensated. however, we will not be held liable even if there is a certain mistake/damage by us for any parts have not been followed.

PARKING GUIDELINE
Off-Street-Parking with at least 1-2 metre free space is recommended if you wish to receive our car wash service on a street.
When parking in a common/public place, a sufficient distance (at least 2 metre surrounded free space required) for our car wash service must be secured.
When 2 or more cars booked together in the same service-required-location, all cars must be parked nearby in the designated location at least 5 minutes before the service time.
Parking tips:
Secure space, lock car doors, close windows, avoid busy roadside parking, avoid areas where bird droppings or tree sap drip.

Self Car Wash & Care Tip
Do not wash your car when your car gets too hot. It must be cool down before you start to wash your car. Otherwise the Clear Coat on your car will get washed off slightly and it may affect your car paint damaged and discoloured continuing to do so.
The Clear Coat will protect your car paint discoloured and make it easy your car gets clean but it's fragile against any hot contact like direct sun, hot water, steam and even some chemicals.
So it's always a better idea to put the protection regularly especially on hot season. This will keep your car clean easy and fresh for a longer last.
When washing with a mitt, do not rub aggressively on the car body. Rubbing several times with moderate force protects the bodywork system.
Before using the mitt, any hard contaminants on your car body that can cause a scratch such as tiny pieces of wood chips, leaves and sands should be removed.
